Colonel (Retd.) Jagdish Kumar Dagar is an ex-IMA officer belonging to the Army Educational corps. He is an MA, MEd (Gold Medalist) who has worked as a lecturer in a Degree college while in civil. In the army, he has worked as an instructor in National Defence Academy, Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy and Army Educational College. He also performed various duties in the operational areas and distinguished himself as a psychologist in Selection Centre Allahabad, Bhopal and Banglore.
He has a very rich experience of teaching and Selection. Over a period of time, he has developed an insight about human nature, behavior pattern, growth and development. Keeping in view his long standing in the field of teaching and selection, he is the best suited and most qualified person who can render the effective counseling and guidance to the candidates who aspire to make a success at the SSB.
