JAGDISH KUMAR DAGAR
Colonel (Retd.)
Colonel (Retd.) Jagdish Kumar Dagar is an ex-IMA officer belonging to the Army Educational corps. He is an MA, MEd (Gold Medalist) who has worked as an instructor in National Defence Academy, Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy and Army Educational College. He is the most qualified psychologist having an experience of 40 years. He devotes his whole time on the counselling and guidance of the candidates individually. He worked as a Senior psychologist in Selection Centre Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore. Large number of repeaters have immensely gained from his experience and have made grade at the SSB. He believes in counselling rather than coaching candidates .He motivates them to use their imagination to learn psychology and avoid cramming .
He has a very rich experience of teaching and Selection. Over a period of time, he has developed an insight about human nature, behaviour pattern, growth and development. With his all out efforts and involvement of his complete team he has been able to achieve the highest success rate in the selection of the candidates who come to seek his advice. He believes growing and aging are two process and there is always one more thing to do. One should grow and aim at achieving highest.
SATISH KUMAR SETHI

Col (Retd) Satish Kumar Sethi is a very intelligent officer who served the Indian Army for 38 years and worked in various coveted positions. He commanded a special Infantry Unit of 22 Establishments in high altitude area and has tremendous experience in serving in different parts of the country including Counter Insurgency Operations .He has distinction to be a qualified GTO and Interviewing Officer . He is a specialist in the field of recruitment of officers for the Armed Forces and soldiers for the Indian Army. He has served as an Interviewing officer in SSB Allahabad and Zonal Recruitment Officer for Bihar and Jharkhand. A sincere ,dedicated and hardworking officer has been working with Col Dagar KC Academy for more than 10 years and helping candidates in improving their personalities to face the Services Selection Boards with a high rate of success .
RATAN KUMAR OKHANDIAR

Commodore (Retd) Ratan Kumar Okhandiar, VSM is a highly experienced Interviewing Officer having interviewed over thousands of candidates at SSB. A part from holding many prestigious appointments he has served as the President of 33 SSB at Bhopal before retirement from Indian Navy in Jun 2012. Over the years he has developed a fine understanding of behavior pattern of youngsters and focuses not only on training for interviews but also on development of those core personality attributes which are essential for success in career. He is reputed for professional excellence and is recipient of Vishisht Seva Medal. He holds a first class Post Graduate degrees in Physics, Defence Studies and in Business Administration. He also served as the Director (Commercial and Marketing) at India Tourism Development Corporation for three years (2012-15), before joining this Team.
DR SAMEER DAGAR
Doctor
Dr Sameer Dagar has done his MBBS and postgraduation from prestigious Gandhi Medical College Bhopal. He has also done his training in clinical psychotherapy from University of Arizona United States. He did an advanced diploma in clinical psychology from Singapore and is a qualified human behavior analyst and evaluator of personality profile of candidates seeking selection as officers in various positions . He has been high performer in all the courses. He has acquired immense experience in assessment and as a psychologist and has assessed candidates since 2003 and has achieved the insight of the human behaviour . He has been conducting the psychological testing under Col Dagar and large number of repeaters have made the grade after his individual counselling and motivation.
With a rich experience of over 14 years to his credit, Dr. Sameer Dagar is a renowned clinical psychologist and has been associated with leading institutions like Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Hospital, New Delhi . He is known for his humanistic touch and provides the best possible and evidence based management.
He is a life member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), American Society of Clinical Psychologist, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology(ESHRE), American Society of Reproductive medicine (ASRM).
